Product info
All products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Our shelf life for most products is 1 year.
We use certified organic and unrefined shea butter, cupuacu butter, mango butter including the majority of our carrier/essential oils. We never dilute or compromise our formulas. We also believe in working with manufacturers who believe in fair trade practices.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan except for our honey, papaya scrub, the lip kit lip balm, and our lip oils.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We only test on humans.
My shea came a little melted, can I still use it?
You sure can! You can either keep it in room temperature to help it solidify or place it in a cooler place such as the fridge to help harden it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order. We strive to get your order out the next day. You will always receive a tracking number to follow your order's movement.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes we do. You will see this option in the checkout section. If you need something sooner than priority mail, please send us a message as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via USPS and UPS with first class shipping.
Help! My tracking information hasnt been updated.
Sometimes tracking info takes 24- 48 hours to update on website, so please be patient. In rare cases, the package may not be scanned for various reasons, but you should still receive your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Typically orders take up to 3 to 5 business days to be received. Since we are shipping from the east coast, customers who live on this coast may receive their package sooner opposed to those who live mid-west and west coast.
